Who we are
L&J Cleaning Services is a cleaning company based in Orlando, Florida, serving Orlando and the surrounding cities within a 50-mile radius. You can reach us at (407) 967-2715 or ljhousecleaning2026@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us when you request a quote or contact us: your name, phone number, city, the service you are interested in and any details you add about your home or business. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
How the quote form works
The quote form on this site does not store your data on our servers. It builds a message with the details you typed and opens WhatsApp so you can send it to us. Once sent, the message is handled inside WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
How we use your information
We use it to prepare your quote, schedule and carry out your service, and follow up about the work we did for you. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep customer contact and service records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to ljhousecleaning2026@gmail.com.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page before turning it on.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just call or email us and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
